Let's Get Hoop Tech: Single & Doubles Workshop - Philadelphia PA

This workshop will get your brain moving! We will start off with single hoop tech covering body rolls, wedgies, folds and intermediate/advanced coinflips. This portion of the class will also get us warmed up for the second portion.
We will then move into the second part of the workshop exploring some fun doubles moves! Taking some material we learn from our single hoop segment, and learning how to incorporate it into a doubles hoop move.
There will be something for everyone in this class, so don't be shy! Recommended hoop size is 26-33 inch.
Prerequisites: Some basic understanding of chest rolls, wedgies, and familiarity of coinflips is encouraged.
